We think THIS language is the ERISA waiver

We're thinking the below, parsed by Art Persyko of SinglePayerNow, is the ERISA waiver we've pushed so hard for that Boxer's aide told SinglePayerCentral had indeed been included in the senate bill just passed.

Note that Sanders' aide told us today that the actual bill will not get posted until they assemble into the PDF all of the added amendments over the last couple of days thus - stay tuned...

In the meantime, go to KFF's comparison it created of Harry Reid's amendment & the House bill and look under STATE ROLE on pg.13 - see KFF's description:

"...Permit states to obtain a five-year waiver of
certain new health insurance requirements if the state can demonstrate
that it provides health coverage to all residents that is at least as
comprehensive as the coverage required under an Exchange plan and
that the state plan does not increase the federal budget deficit. (Effective
January 1, 2017)..."

And as soon as the manager's amendment is posted that they voted on, we'll post link to it on front page of SinglePayerCentral AND we'll tweet it of course (and put it on the Facebook SB810 group page).

GREAT WORK EVERYBODY and thanks Art!!!
