Phone Tree Callers Needed to Encourage a Yes Vote on SB 810, theCalifornia Universal Healthcare Act.

Dear Single Payer Activist,

We need your help calling activists in 9 State Senatorial Districts for the Senate Floor vote next week, Jan. 25 – Jan 29.  SB 810, if it is passed in the senate, will then move to Assembly committees for consideration.
We will be asking our activists to call their senator.
Pasted below is the general alert on our website http://singlepayernow.net/   It lets you know how to find your Senator and a suggested message.

We specifically need constituent calls to Senators Calderon (D-30), Correa (-34), Ducheny (D-40), Kehoe (D39), Liu (D-21), Negrete McLeod (D-32), Simitian (D-11), Wolk (D-05), and Wright (D-25).
These districts are probably long distance calls.

There are 40 senators with 25 of them being Democrats.
16 Democrats are co-authors.  We need 5 of the above 9 senators to vote yes in order to reach the needed 21 yes votes.

Please let me know if you can make calls.  Constituent calls should be made this week or first thing Monday morning, Jan. 25.

I will send you a script and numbers to call.
