Presbyterian Church (USA) Steps Toward Health Insurance Divestment The Presbyterian Church (USA) took a step toward divestment from for-profit health insurance companies in the US by instructing the appropriate committee of the General Assembly to begin a process of information gathering. Tell Congress: We Still Need Improved Medicare for All The ACA leaves 26 million people uninsured, fails to reduce costs, and keeps for-profit private insurance companies in the system. Send an email to Congress and the President now saying: with or without the mandate, we still need Medicare for all.
