HR 676 Saves Billions of Dollars
How to Finance Medicare for All
SF Sat. 3pm Sept 21
518 Valencia
(3 doors south of 16th St and 1 block from 16th St BART)
I hope you can attend our September 21 meeting on financing single payer healthcare. See leaflet attached (.doc) and pasted below. A new study allows us to answer the question of what Medicare for All will cost individuals and businesses. The financing proposal is based on progressive financing which reverses the decade's long slide of making working people giving the 1% their wealth.
We need phone tree callers to help build the meeting. I will send you a list of local names and a suggested script.
We also encourage you to forward this alert.
___ I plan to attend the Sept. 21 meeting at 3pm.

___ I can help call our phone tree. Some people call 10 people, some 25, some more. Let me know how many names you would like to call.
___ I have forwarded this alert.Thank you,

Universal Healthcare?A new financial study of HR 676, the Expanded and Improved Medicare for All Act, outlines how we can provide healthcare for all and spend our resources wisely.
Reversing a trend of the rich getting richer, the study explains how we can use progressive taxation that allows 95% of Americans to save money and have all our medical needs met.
Come to a panel presentation and discussion.
