We're nearing the end of 2014, which marks the first full year of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Talking heads on TV and the radio are engaged in an intense tug-of-war: branding the ACA as a disaster or a success for political purposes. But we know the truth is more complicated, and we want to see healthcare reform that's driven by patients - not politics or profiteers. Tell us about your personal experience with the healthcare system this past year, so we can put patients' voices at the center of the movement to win healthcare for all. The survey is only 3 to 7 questions, depending on whether you are currently insured or uninsured, and asks about your experience trying to access and afford health care. At the end of the survey you can choose to keep your comments private, share them anonymously, or share them under your own name when we release a report of the survey responses.
