PROTECT, IMPROVE, AND EXPAND MEDICARE AND MEDICAID

JOIN US IN PERSON OR CALL/EMAIL REP. MCCARTHY

 

Why Bakersfield? Because Congressman McCarthy of Bakersfield is the House Majority Leader, and is responsible for moving the Republican agenda forward in the House of Representatives. He is a well-known supporter of privatization and reducing spending on programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. We need to show up BIG on January 27th to let him know that we expect him to represent his constituents (50% of the residents in Kern County depend on Medicaid, Medicare or both for their health care). We also will demand that he move the House Majority toward protecting, improving and expanding these programs.
