Where:  Potrero Hill Neighborhood House, 953 De Haro in San Francisco

Tonight, on Tuesday, July 7, from 7 to 9 pm, the Potrero Hill Democratic Club is hosting a panel discussion about fixing our broken health care system. Linda Leu, organizer for Health Access and the Health Care for America Now campaign, and volunteer with Organizing for America (formerly Obama for America), will discuss Obama's ever-evolving health care plan and its implications. She will be joined by longtime progressive activist Don Bechler, Chair of Single Payer Now, who will discuss the ultimate goal and how we might achieve it. Dr. Justin Davis, Potrero Hill primary-care physician, will talk about how aspects of the Obama plan might impact him and his patients, and Catherine Dodd, RN, the Mayor's Deputy Chief of Staff overseeing Health, Human Services, Aging Services and Children Youth and Family Services, will speak from a nurse's perspective.  This event is free and there will be an opportunity for members of the audience to ask questions.
